Yes. When you book the Grand Pool Villa or Deluxe Pool Bunglow, the pool is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — it is never shared with other guests.

Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.

We are a short drive from Devka Beach — roughly 5 to 7 minutes by car. Jampore Beach is about 20 minutes away.

Absolutely. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove and basic utensils. We can also arrange a cook or catering on prior request.

Yes — birthdays, anniversaries and small get-togethers are welcome. Music is permitted until 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbours. Bonfire and BBQ can be arranged on request.

Typically 30% of the total to confirm your dates, with the balance payable at check-in. The exact advance is shown at checkout before you pay.
